At L'Arte we have a passion for plant-based and flourless baking for several reasons. Firstly, eating vegan or flourless desserts is one of the easiest ways to make a difference on the planet by reducing our carbon footprint. Secondly, we also love our vegan and flourless products because their creation challenges us to think outside the box. We go beyond simple ingredients substitution. Instead we focus on creating mouthfeel, texture and flavor sensations that meet or exceed the original recipe. Finally, we just love hearing our customers say, "This can't be vegan or flourless!" TORTA VEGANA
Our vegan cake is baked with oat milk and extra virgin olive oil, layered with raspberry jam and covered by chocolate glaze. The rich chocolate flavor is given by organic cocoa powder, and cocoa mass, the pure and natural fruit of the cocoa tree and contains flour.
TORTA ALLA NUTELLA
This amazing flourless cake is baked using hazelnut flour, butter, eggs, chocolate and, of course, Nutella! Then we top it with a delicious layer of Nutella and creamy rosettes of Frangelico and Nutella buttercream.
TORTA CAPRESE AL CIOCCOLATO
Classic original Neapolitan soft flourless cake baked with almond and hazelnut flour, pure dark chocolate and Amaretto liquor.
TORTA CAPRESE AL LIMONE
Classic Neapolitan soft flourless lemon cake, (second born in the caprese family) baked with almond flour, pure white chocolate and Limoncello di Capri.
TORTA CHANTILLY (FLOURLESS)
The most classic of the Italian fresh cakes, this flourless version of the Chantilly is made with flourless vanilla sponge cake, traditional pastry cream, whipped cream and your choice of chocolate chips or seasonal fresh fruit.

TORTINO LIMONE E MIRTILLI
One of the last arrived at L’ Arte family, this individual vegan and flourless mini cake is baked using rice flour, olive oil, fresh lemons, Limoncello and blueberries and topped by a vegan apricot jam.
FIOCCO DI NEVE AND FIOCCO DI NEVE AL LIMONE
Those amazing almond cookies are naturally flourless and dairy free (contains egg whites) in both versions plain and lemon.
MERINGHE AL COCCO
These delicious flourless treats are made using coconut flakes and orange zest simply folded into an Italian meringue. A thin coating of dark chocolate adds the right texture and exquisiteness to these cookie.
RICCIARELLI DI SIENA
Flourless and dairy free (contains egg whites) with a chewy texture and intense orange flavor, these Tuscany cookies are baked using only almond flour.
PISTACCHIETTI SICILIANI
Flourless and dairy free (contains egg whites) these traditional Sicilian cookies are baked with almond and pistachio flour and rolled in chopped pistachios.
SEMIFREDDO POPS
Seasonal Italian flourless semifreddo (vanilla, chocolate, espresso or hazelnut) dipped in white, milk or dark chocolate.
GELATO
L’ Arte’ s house-made gelato is always naturally flourless. Milk, sugar, cream and flavors are wisely mixed with natural emulsifiers like carob seeds powder and others.
SORBETTO & GRANITA
Our sorbetto and granita are naturally vegan and flourless, made using only water, fresh fruit, natural ingredients and vegetal stabilizer that allows our products to taste better and have a creamy texture.
