PRODUCTION BAKER (FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS) 

As a production baker you will be responsible for helping create various baked goods from scratch. This includes product prepping, baking, labeling, wrapping, packing, and other duties as needed. The Baker's role will be to also prepare pastry cream, mousses, buttercream, ganache, fondants, and glazes. In addition, the Baker will bake cake as needed, decorate cakes and prepare desserts. Qualified candidates must be able to follow detailed instructions and timely produce orders at high volume. As a member of the pastry department, you will work with pastry chefs and cake decorators and report to our Executive Pastry Chef.

Physical Requirements

• Able to work around machinery emitting heat of 350°F

• Able to work occasionally within environmental temperatures ranging from 32° to 50°F

• Able to frequently carry objects of 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs

• Able to stand for a long period of time

• Available to work flexible schedules
