ASSISTANT MANAGER (FULL-TIME POSITION)

We are seeking an Assistant Manager and therefore, applicants that have a positive attitude, are friendly, and have strong communication skills. Applicants need to be able to handle a fast-paced but structured environment, have a willingness to learn, and demonstrate professionalism and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work side by side the Manager in the training and managing of the FOH staff.

• Serve customers with a friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for exceptional service.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere while taking orders, packaging purchases, tendering payment, maintaining an organized clean work environment.

• Be interested in working in an Italian Pasticceria and in conveying the exceptional quality of our products.
