Buttercream Cakes
L'Arte's buttercream cakes are extraordinary! Why? Because they are Italian buttercreams. What is the difference between American buttercream and Italian buttercream? We're glad you asked. Italian buttercreams are meringue-based and therefore very fluffy, light yet creamy, but less sweet than American buttercream. Thanks to the high quality butter we use the mouth feel has a velvety texture and the flavor profile is always outstandingly rich. We use 100% natural fruit extracts, pure cocoa powder, nut paste and other natural ingredients imported from Italy to flavor our buttercream. Enjoy!
